- WSIB and insurance-related records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years, or longer where required by WSIB, our insurers, or applicable law.
- Marketing email subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe or until 24 months of inactivity (no email opens or clicks), whichever comes first.
- Website analytics data: Retained for up to 26 months in accordance with standard Google Analytics retention settings.
- Job applications and employment-related inquiries: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of application, unless hired, in which case retention follows our employee record-keeping obligations under Ontario employment law.
Where personal information is no longer required for these purposes, and we are not legally obligated to retain it, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it.
